At Doctor Foxglove, we strive to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. Your order will be handled by one of our trusted courier partners, and we’ve outlined the key details below:

Flat Rate Pricing and Charges

  • Standard National Shipping (South Africa – 8/9 Provinces) : R120.00

  • Standard Western Cape Shipping (South Africa) : R105.000

  • Standard Cape Town (Western Cape) : R85.00

Please note that you are responsible for any additional surcharges that may apply, especially for remote or outlying areas. You will be contacted directly if extra charges are necessary.

Courier Responsibility

Our courier partners, are responsible for delivering your parcel. Should you need to inquire about your delivery, please contact the appropriate courier directly.

Delivery Times

  • Western Cape: 1-3 working days

  • National (Other provinces): 3-5 working days

If the products are out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as they are back in stock. Upon completing your order, the above delivery timeframes will apply.

Tracking Your Order


Once your order ships, you’ll receive real-time tracking details to follow your package’s progress.

Cancellations


Orders that are cancelled after they’ve been shipped are non-returnable. If you cancel your order before it ships, no charges will apply.
